GE Watchers is designed for those who have a continuing interest in GE and its performance. This may include investors, stockholders, customers, suppliers, employees, alumni, retirees, in short, all of the key stakeholders.

The special site will relate what GE is doing with the key success factors found in "The Secret to GE's Success". These can be summarized in one word: LATIN, which stands for Leadership, Adaptability, Talent, Influence and Networks. Current strategic and tactical actions will be identified and discussed from both a historical and my own insights and experience.
